On November 7, 2025, the 2025 China International Rail Transit and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Expo opened in Zhuzhou. Meanwhile, the China High-Speed Maglev Technology Innovation and Development Conference also took place here. 

With the theme "Rail Connects the World, Maglev Leads the Future", the expo follows an "enterprise-oriented, market-driven, government-supported" model. Specifically, it focuses on maglev technology and showcases core maglev train components as well as intelligent control systems. 

Additionally, the expo organizes nine high-level forums, including the Rail Transit Equipment Intelligent Supply Chain Conference. These forums build a platform for buyers, sellers and experts, which helps speed up technology transformation and project signing. 

Notably, international cooperation serves as a key focus of the expo. It invites officials from "Belt and Road" countries like Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, and gathers purchasers from Russia, Libya, Cuba and China to promote global collaboration of China’s rail transit industry chain.
